# Reusable verification

A person already verified by secuveri, for any secuveri customer, holds a secuveri ID in the secuveri Wallet. With `"reusable": true` on the session (or the workflow option Accept a reusable secuveri ID under Identity Document), the document screen also offers Use your secuveri ID. The person sees what is shared with you and agrees, then confirms in the wallet; a new liveness selfie is matched against the portrait in the secuveri ID. No document is captured, and nothing from the earlier verification (images, selfie, report) is copied: you receive only the identity details the person disclosed.

The presentation is checked before anything is used: the credential must be signed by secuveri's issuer, be a secuveri identity credential, be within its validity, not be revoked or suspended on the issuer's status list, and be presented by the device it was issued to, for this request (holder binding with a one-time nonce). The workflow's minimum age is checked against the birth date, a workflow that requires the NFC chip accepts only a secuveri ID from a chip verification, and the earlier verification may be at most two years old. When any check fails, the person is told and may use their document instead.

The signed result and the full report carry `reused_from`; names and birth date appear where a document's would. A reused verification is charged as Liveness Check and Face Match: the Identity Document and Morph Detection prices are refunded when it finishes. Reuse is not offered together with AML screening, proof of address or age estimation, which need the document itself.
